Full-Time Siding Installer

As a full-time siding installer, you’ll belong to a team known as an industry leader throughout West Michigan. Our passionate crew will help you develop your skills, industry connections, and will make you feel like you belong.

You’ll have opportunities for growth, from pay raises and bonuses to crew leader positions.

Pay + Benefits add up to over $17 per hour in value

  • $16-$18 per hour starting pay (W2 employment) with advancement opportunities
  • $1,200 sign-up bonus for new employees
  • $1,200 bonus if you refer a new employee
  • 401k retirement account with matching contributions
  • Paid Time Off: up to 3 weeks PTO
  • Insurance: life, health and dental insurance
  • Training: education and opportunities to grow your career in siding
  • Bonuses: on-time or early completion bonuses, paid quarterly

Our team is employed throughout the year; no winter layoffs. You can count on 40 hours per week year-round, and plenty of opportunities for overtime work during the summer if you want.

Crew Leader

As a crew leader, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of installers to make sure projects are completed on time and within budget, to the satisfaction of clients. Plus, you’ll be able to help your crew further their talents.

Great leadership and results will be recognized with pay raises, bonuses, and promotions.

Pay + Benefits add up to over $28 per hour in value

  • $20 per hour starting pay (W2 employment) with advancement opportunities
  • $1,200 sign-up bonus for new employees
  • $1,200 bonus if you refer a new employee
  • 401k retirement account with matching contributions
  • Paid Time Off: up to 3 weeks PTO
  • Insurance: life, health and dental insurance
  • Company truck: provided for crew leaders
  • Training: education and opportunities to grow your career in siding
  • Bonuses: on-time or early completion bonuses, paid quarterly

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of siding experience, with the ability to start and complete a home
  • Customer-first mindset and a passion for service
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks to team members
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Desire to develop your skills and help team members grow professionally
  • Valid driver's license
  • Fiber cement, LP siding and trims experience is a plus
